Ordering:
To shop at UbuntuVibe.com you must provide your name, address, phone number and email address. Otherwise, we will not be able to send your order.
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement is only concluded once you have received our final order confirmation. This usually happens shortly after you place your order.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Danish kroner.
Payment terms:
All our prices are in Danish DKK. You can use the following payment methods:

We only deduct the amount when the goods have been shipped. Until then, the amount is only reserved.
UbuntuVibe.com reserves the right to change prices that may be incorrectly stated. UbuntuVibe.com also reserves the right to change prices and any changes to other costs.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time is between 1-5 business days in Denmark. We ship packages daily from Monday to Friday with local carriers.
Delayed delivery or damage to parcels:
If your package has not arrived after 5 business days, you are also welcome to contact us at info@ubuntuvibe.com and we will immediately track your package.
Your order must reach you in a welcoming and intact condition. Fortunately, this rarely happens, but if your goods have been damaged upon delivery (or pickup in the parcel shop), please write to us at info@ubuntuvibe.com as soon as possible. Send clear pictures of the goods, the package's address label and the extent of the damage, along with your order number and preferred form of contact. We promise to make it right.
It's important that we hear from you within 24 hours, so don't wait - the carrier will need documentation to replace the lost goods.
Buyer's responsibility:
In addition to the buyer's payment obligations, the buyer is responsible for notifying ubuntuvibe.com of any defects in the product immediately after the buyer has discovered the defect. Send clear pictures of the goods, the package address label and the extent of the damage along with your order number and preferred form of contact. We promise to make it right.
Complaints:
UbuntuVibe.com provides a right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
Complaints about errors and defects should be sent to info@ubuntuvibe. Tell us what the problem is, send pictures if relevant, and we will do our very best to help and find a good solution.
Information about complaint options:
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Complaints Resolution Center, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Complaints Resolution Center via www.forbrug.dk. But we hope you will instead contact us at info@ubuntuvibe.com and give us the chance to make it right.
