If you are disappointed with your purchase, first write to us at info@ubuntuvibe.com. We'll see what we can do. You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal and if you return your products, your return will be processed within 5 working days. We will refund the money with the same payment method you used when you made the purchase. If the item is impaired, we will only deduct the amount you are liable for.

You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods to you and are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties etc.

When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed. In general, you must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. We cannot accept packages sent to us by cash on delivery, nor can we take responsibility for the item during the return shipment.
