To be classified as tequila, it must contain a minimum ABV of 35.0-55.0%, which this does not. However, they use the same elements and ingredients found in traditional tequila and employ similar distillation methods in addition to steam and extraction techniques that allow us to create a taste that closely resembles tequila, fooling most people when mixed and enjoyed in good company.
